When I sit and think of meals to make, I never really understand how my eating affects anyone else. That is until I lived with the same person for 3 years. Within that time, we got into these Pinterest phase because, you know, we are Betty Crocker or something and we got tired of eating the same few meals every week. Angelica tends to find a new recipes on Pinterest that she is dying to make. From this, I have really come a long way from freshman year. I went from eating plain pasta noodles with only butter to now eating pasta sauces such as parmesan garlic and even Alfredo (when I am feeling risky).

Let me tell you, this woman has been through enough lasagna roll recipes to last a life time… why? Because she knows I am picky and won’t eat certain things in my food (for pasta, it’s usually ricotta cheese or any cheese that just looks funny… EW).
